Third Party Processors

In order to provide our services, we work with the following third party platforms that may process your personal data:

Stripe, payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy. We do not store your card details.

Systeme.io. email marketing and sales funnel management. Your name and email address may be stored and processed via Systeme.io when you sign up for our mailing list or purchase a service.

Google Calendar, appointment and booking management. When you book a call or consultation, your name and email address may be processed via Google Calendar. This is subject to Google's privacy policy.

We only share the minimum necessary personal data with these providers and require that they process it solely for the purposes outlined above.

Data Protection and GDPR

Jana Ballieul is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Spanish data protection law.
